Position Summary
The Exam Administration Coordinator provides accurate, professional, and timely assistance to exam candidates throughout the exam delivery process. In addition to assisting candidates with exam delivery requirements and managing communications associated with exam accommodations, the Exam Administration coordinator assists with conducting investigations and case management for exam fraud incidents and candidate adverse actions. The Exam Administration Coordinator will provide support to Exam Endorsement Specialists as needed.

Position Summary
The EMEA Event Marketing Planner role sits within the Event Marketing team. You will be responsible for executing approved regional event marketing plans and serving as the lead planner for regional industry events. Industry event planning includes fulfilling marketing deliverables, coordinating logistics and on-site presence, and bringing the ISC2 brand to life across the region. You will be detail-oriented and a collaborative team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities and works constructively with internal and external partners. | In addition, you will support the execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid ISC2 events as assigned, working in close partnership with Event Marketing, Events, and cross-functional teams. | Candidates must reside within a reasonable commutable distance to London, ideally within 1-2 hours, for attendance at events.
Responsibilities

The IT Service Management (ITSM) Operations Lead oversees, optimizes, and matures back-office IT operations through effective process management, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
